- 2 msk smör
- 2 stora rödlökar
- 1/2 dl rödvinsvinäger
- 1/2 dl honung
Skala löken, dela och skär i tunna skivor. Smält smöret och låt löken svettas på svag värme i 10 minuter utan att få färg. Tillsätt rödvinsvinäger och honung och öka värmen. Låt puttra i 4-5 minuter tills det antagit en tjock marmeladliknande konsistens. (Tjuvsmaka rakt av på en bit smörat tunnbröd och njut!) Låt svalna, serveras ljummen.
